Ebay, a well-known brand in the e-commerce industry, requested help with customer retention. As the Designer for the project, my responsibilities included developing UI/UX and marketing strategies for Ebay Go email marketing. This entailed creating mockups for emails and one-pagers, as well as providing design support for a direct mailer campaign. During my time at FEED, we successfully launched over 10 projects, which involved creating assets for one-pagers, social media, and at-home mailers with the goal of retaining customers.
